Wouldn't falsely advertise park fed times.
If you want for people not to be bitter about choosing your app over others, then I wouldn't falsely advertise that the times are park fed every 15 minutes. I really wouldn't have been too upset about buying the app if I knew that it was all user based..and then I probably would contribute while I was standing in line for all the fast pass returns and wait times when I'm in the parks...but now I just have a sour taste in my mouth when I think of how I was totally ripped off. Could have spent that 99cents on gum or something and had something tasty.

Here is a quote from your Universal Orlando app description,
"NOTE! These wair times are REAL, fed straight from the parks, and do NOT rely or user submission! DONT FALL FOR THE OTHER APPA THAT RELY ON USERS SUBMITTING WAIT TIMES!"

Ok, I see what you mean. I should update that text because they are fed algorithmically from the parks based on a lot of collected past data, if and only if a user has not submitted a time in the last hour. Thank you for this feedback and I will update the listing. If you want a refund, I have seen Apple process the few that were requested, so do feel free to request your money back from them. (They require that they handle all of the payment stuff, from purchasing thru to refunds)

Oh. Are you talking about Universal Orlando wait times?

Just re read it to be sure. You stated that they were fed from the parks and did NOT rely on user submissions. Very misleading.

i don't say they are park-fed.. I say they are automated, and they are.
